Our Choice

Confession doesn't make any sense until we have accepted our responsibility for our worries.
When we understand the consequences of our choices, then we can accept responsibility for them. "It is my _________ that I worry." "It is because of my poor decisions that I am anxious."

As we begin to understand our part in these worries, we might be shocked. We see what a mess we have made of our lives. We can easily feel that there is no way out. I can't change.

We need to understand the two lessons of the spider's web.
