Information BFF may collect

- Confirmed email address or WhatsApp number
- Country and preferred language when voluntarily supplied
- Course enrollment and certificate-track choice
- Lesson quiz and final-assessment results
- Reading and completion affirmations
- Certificate request, status, number, and issue date
How the information is used
- Confirm enrollment and deliver course resources.
- Provide the PDF and EPUB course book after confirmation.
- Record course and certificate progress.
- Respond to support questions.
- Review, prepare, and deliver a Certificate of Completion.
Course messages
Email or WhatsApp contact information will be used for messages related to this course, its resources, progress, and certificate. BFF will not sell course-enrollment information or use it for unrelated advertising. Students may ask to stop course messages at any time.
Security and retention
BFF will limit stored information to what is needed for course administration. A specific retention period should be published before enrollment opens. Students may contact BFF to request correction or deletion, subject to any record needed to document an issued certificate.
