Course Privacy

BFF collects the name, country, and contact information you provide for course enrollment, progress access, course communication, and certificate administration. Private reflection answers are not submitted to BFF. Lesson completion and quiz-pass status may be stored with your private course record so that My Progress can work across devices.

BFF does not sell course participant information. Keep your private My Progress link secure because it provides access to your course record.
