If you ordered a download, they should be automatically processed (normally 15 minutes). If you do not receive an email within the hour, please let us know.

Shipping orders

We usually ship within 2 business days and notify you via email when your shipment goes out. Contact us if there is any concern. We use USPS media mail and send you the tracking information in your email. If you are across the country, it can take 4-5 days. Flash thumb drives go first class mail unless included with a book order. We try to keep postage inexpensive. If you need to adjust your order, speed it up, just call or email me right after the order is sent.

Download orders should point you to a webpage where you can download the first of your downloads. Make sure you bookmark the final web address where you can directly access the resources.

We no longer ship our books overseas due to high costs. Order a download and print it there! Much easier and cheaper.

If there is any problem, please contact me. Email is best way to contact me but phone/text works (+01) 412-398-4559. Full refunds for our orders can be processed. Just contact us as soon as you notice a problem, are unhappy with your purchase, or find you have placed the wrong order.
