#10 Repairing the Damage of Unresolved Anger

love and reconciliationA part of our task in resolving personal anger is to repair the damage we have made. We must make deliberate and humbling steps to renew those relationships that we have damaged. We cannot always perfectly restore these relationships, but we can let our spouses, children, employees, etc. know by our words and actions that our lives have changed and that we do care for them.
