The Life Core · Section 1
4. Life’s Glorious Expression
Life reveals itself. Where God’s life is welcomed, His character and purposes increasingly become visible.
Paul J. Bucknell
Living things express the nature of the life within them. In the same way, the life of Christ produces recognizable fruit in a believer. Love, holiness, perseverance, wisdom, and service are not decorations added from the outside; they are expressions of God’s transforming work.
This truth changes the way we train. We do not merely press people to imitate acceptable behavior. We help them know the Lord, receive His truth, and respond to His Spirit so that obedience grows from a living relationship.
The glory of Christian growth is that ordinary people increasingly display the character of Christ. Healthy ministry looks beyond appearances and asks whether God’s life is truly becoming visible.
