8. Catch the Spirit

Effective training recognizes the movement of God’s Spirit and helps believers respond with faith and obedience.

The Holy Spirit is not an optional addition to Christian growth. He opens understanding, convicts of sin, strengthens faith, forms Christlike character, and equips believers to serve. Training becomes alive when it cooperates with His work.

Catching the Spirit does not mean chasing excitement or ignoring Scripture. The Spirit of God works through the truth He has revealed. Believers learn to notice His prompting, test their responses by God’s Word, and obey.

Leaders should create room for prayer, reflection, confession, testimony, and application. These practices help teaching move beyond the mind and into the life.
