Two Decisions

We have two options to choose from: the Path of Reform or the Path of Repentance. These options have everything to do with where one will end up. This diagram below emphasizes this very point.
The two options given below seem similar, but they are very different and have opposite outcomes. Learn them well!
Option #1: Path of Reform
Stay the Same
“Life has been hard. I really hope God helps me out of this difficult situation. If He helps me out, I’ll try not to do some of the things I’ve been doing lately. I’ll get better.”
“…sorrow of the world produces death…”
Option #2: Path of Repentance
Made New
“I need to change. I’m wrecking my life. I’m destroying those I love and am fighting God. I want God to change me so that I am no longer driven by these evil desires in me.”
“…repentance without regret, leading to salvation…”
“For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation; but the sorrow of the world produces death.” (2 Corinthians 7:10)
Urgent! By God’s help we now can escape this path of reform.
