13. Seeking Direction

Believers need direction that joins God’s revealed purposes with wise attention to their present stage and calling.

A desire to grow does not automatically reveal the next step. Direction comes as believers search Scripture, pray, receive counsel, and honestly consider their responsibilities and needs.

The growth framework helps prevent random training. A new believer needs foundations; a developing believer needs strength and opportunities; a mature believer needs responsibility for others. Direction becomes more precise when the person’s stage is understood.

God’s guidance is not merely about choosing activities. It forms a life of faithful response. The best next step is often the one that deepens obedience in what God has already made clear.
