This is the first of two videos on how a mentor or counselor can use the Next Step Counselor Manual (pages 1-5) to train those people seeking full-time or tentmaking ministries. After the goals are established, guidelines and conversations are suggested depending on which of the three levels the person seeking ministry is presently at.

(1) Strongly interested
