After the goals are established, guidelines and conversations are suggested based on the person seeking ministryis current level.

The Three Different Levels

(1) Strongly interested

• Maybe recently called.
  

• Not clear where or what to.
  

• Maybe thought a little about it.
  

> Focus on general preparations <

(2) Committed but unsure

• Strong call to full-time service.
  

• Stuck & maybe frustrated.
  

• Listening to God & taking steps.
  

> Focus on specific preparations <

(3) Committed and on the way

• Knows of commitment.
  

• Has communicated it to others.
  

• Has taken steps to prepare.
  

> Focus on remaining preparations <
