We are here for you! The problem is that we can only handle so many responses and questions.
We welcome you first to write. Emails can be processed much quicker and more thoroughly because other web pages are often used to answer questions. (Contact information is at the bottom of this page).
Phone calls are primarily for those who have questions about the BFF Resource Center or requesting consultance on some issue (I do not charge for this). Call during 8 am to 9 pm (America EST) and we will do our best to answer your questions. Just ask for Rev. Paul Bucknell.
If you find a problem on a webpage, please send the address of that page. We have over 2000 web pages and sometimes we have a hard time understanding what page you are referring to! We really desire your help in this matter.
If you would like to volunteer your time, skills or resources, we would encourage you first to email us about how God is prodding you to help us in some area of need. If God is prodding you to donate money or goods, you might not need to ask us anything. Just check out our webpage keeping you updated with our financial situation.

We really do want to help you. We suggest that you try to check out our search at the top of this page for finding information about some particular area of need. When you call, I do this myself!
In fact, I am so convinced of this, I will put it right here for you. Test it out and you will be astounded at the many free BFF materials right at your fingertips.
If you would want us to help serve your church, you can save a lot of time by first going over the training material that we have. Then we can save time discussing things together.
